Top news reporters from around the country tell Chris their "scoops and predictions" about current or future events. Our final Tell me is about the visual impact of news and photos. Looking at the following photos, decide the following and respond.

The FIRST five respondents tell me which is a better picture (top or bottom) and WHY you feel that way.
