Casual is a webseries written and created by Jay Diaz. The series follows a girl and a guy as they explore their relationship after a one night stand. The series can also be followed on facebook, where fans can watch new episodes and comment on their favorite episodes.

Heart and Soul is a online drama that shows the different issues that women may go through. The issues range from pulling the family back together to playing stepmom to a boyfriend's son to living life after one's husband died and daughter is gone off to college and making a new life for her child and herself after backing up with her son's father.

Llamas with Hats is a YouTube video made by Seceret Agent Bob. Secet Agent Bob is a group of people that make slightly disturbing videos. These videos are also kind of funny. Llamas with Hats is not their only work, but it is the one I liked the most. They are each a little over a minute and Carl one of the llamas is seriously disturbed.

There are lots of web series on MySpace. One of the more popular ones is roommates. It kinda reminds me of Greek. There was one that I actually use to watch that dealt with supernatural eliminates of an apartment this girl moved into but I couldn't find it.

A couple years ago I followed a webisode series called PurePwnage. This series was very viral and very known for the BOOM HEADSHOT! guy. The scripts and editing are done very well and the series has a very interesting and cool plot for video gamers. The series is shot as a documentary about the filmers brother, Jeremy. Jeremy is on a quest to become the best gamer in the world. I really enjoyed it and continue to follow it. The episodes come out very slowly though but is worth the wait.
ReplyDeleteNearly every guy has at one point or another dated a girl who turned out to be a psycho. It's an event that most try to forget. After all breaking up with a psychopath never ends well... However we often fail to realize how entertaining psycho-girlfriends can be. But thank God for YouTube - for allowing us to realize the entertainment psycho girlfriends bring... A Webisode carefully titled Psycho Girlfriend gives us the chance to see just how scary things can be when you're in a relationship with a psycho... It's highly entertaining.

Although I find him repulsive and cannot stand to listen, Fred has a very popular collection of videos on Youtube. Each installment of Fred's annoying life averages about three minutes in length. These videos use quick cuts from clip to clip and a voice that sounds like a demon-possessed Alvin the Chipmunk. Obviously people enjoy Fred's work (otherwise I wouldn't be writing about him), but as for me, I'm embarassed for 1.) our country, 2.) our culture, and 3.) discovering that anything like this ever existed.
